10 Ka Dum is an Indian version of the popular international reality game show Power of 10, and aired on Sony Entertainment Television (India). The show was hosted by popular Bollywood actor Salman Khan. According to reports, the show helped Sony TV regain its third position in the Indian television ratings. The third season premiered on 4 June 2018 powered by Screenz technology.

Sony entertainment wanted to innovate the show’s 3rd season and engage viewers with interactivity.

ACTION

Screenz launched the “Power of 10” interactive activity inside the Sony Entertainment app asking users a growing series of quirky questions reflecting their life, relationship, experiences, opinions and much more. The questions were customized as per users’ profile and gamified across 40 levels.
Screenz technology enabled Sony to run a pre-launch activity, inviting all of their viewers to participate in the show questionnaire from their mobile devices.

RESULT

Over 3 MILLION USERS participated.
Participants answered 2000 PROFILE QUESTIONS.
More than 150 MILLION poll answers were collected!
Sony generated a robust and insightful USER PROFILE DATABASE.
